Welcome to New Member Orientation! New members are required to attend the next available orientation after joining ICAAR. Primary members are required to attend, and secondary members are encouraged. Members who have joined within the past few years are also welcome to join.

What to expect:

Morning Session – 
Complete your required New Member Code of Ethics and Fairhaven 2.0 training. If you have already completed these, you may join us for the afternoon session.

Afternoon Session – 
Led by CEO Megan Flewellyn, learn how to use the MLS, access approved forms, take advantage of classes and events, and utilize the resources you need to succeed. The program concludes with a welcome and swearing-in of new members by the ICAAR President, followed by a session with the Young Professionals Network highlighting leadership and networking opportunities for newer members.

Optional Evening – 
Wrap up the day with a YPN Toast to Your New Career happy hour event in the Iowa River Landing, focused on networking and connecting with fellow ICAAR members.
