The Real Colors® Workshop, offered in partnership with Kirkwood Corporate Training, is a dynamic, interactive experience designed to help REALTORS® improve communication, strengthen client relationships, and build more effective teams. Based on the Real Colors Personality Type Assessment, this four-hour workshop introduces participants to four core personality types—Gold, Green, Blue, and Orange—and helps them recognize their own style, as well as how to identify and adapt to others’. Through engaging activities and practical tools, agents will walk away with a deeper understanding of how to connect with clients, navigate team dynamics, and close more smoothly. In this workshop, REALTORS® will learn to: Discover their own Real Colors spectrum and working style Recognize the communication needs and motivators of each personality type Build rapport and trust more quickly with clients Minimize miscommunication and reduce conflict with colleagues and clients Improve collaboration on real estate teams and in transactions Apply the “Platinum Rule”: Treat clients the way they want to be treated Each participant receives a Real Colors workbook and leaves with strategies they can immediately apply to client meetings, negotiations, office interactions, and beyond.
